NAB launches AAP for 2015-2016
NAB has today launched its Accessibility Action Plan (AAP) for 2015-2016, which outlines how NAB will support its people and customers with disability.
NAB’s Digital Accessibility Consultant Adem Cifcioglu has drawn on his own experiences with disability to contribute to the plan.
“Small things that can make a huge difference to the lives of people living with disability.
“The AAP is an important statement about NAB’s intention to get serious about being a truly inclusive and accessible organisation.
“It will enable us to build on the achievements so far,” he said.
Key priorities include:
- Enhancing our customer experience;
- Increasing recruitment of people with disability;
- Increasing disability awareness initiatives across NAB; and
- Extending community support through corporate responsibility and sponsorship initiatives.
