NAB Chairman and Group CEO arrangements

National Australia Bank Limited (NAB) has confirmed arrangements for outgoing Group CEO Andrew Thorburn and interim Group CEO Philip Chronican. It has also established special committees for the selection of a new Chairman and Group CEO.
