NAB has been recognised as the Most Recommended Merchant Services – Major Bank, reinforcing the bank’s continued focus on delivering better experiences for business customers.

Unlike traditional industry judged awards, RFI Global’s Australian Banking & Finance Awards are unique as customers determine them. Results are based on interviews with more than 80,000 consumers and businesses in the year to December 2025, with a focus on advocacy, innovation and trustworthiness.

This recognition of NAB’s Merchant Services comes amid continued positive momentum in customer advocacy. It provides strong external validation that the sustained focus on improving customer experience across the business is delivering meaningful and measurable results.

NAB Executive of Merchant Services Guy Mendelson said the recognition reflected the trust business customers placed in NAB every day.

“Being named Most Recommended Merchant Services provider among major banks is especially meaningful because it’s based entirely on what our customers say and do,” he said.

“It tells us that the work our teams have been doing to simplify processes, improve reliability and deliver better experiences is making a real difference for customers.

“The award highlights the commitment, care and collaboration of teams across NAB who continue to focus on transforming the business in ways that matter most to customers.”
