NAB has announced it will begin opening 12 branches nationwide on Saturdays, starting from 30 November 2024.
While digital banking has made routine transfers and bill payments more convenient, with over 93% of customer interactions occurring digitally, some banking needs still require expert advice in person.
NAB Executive Paul Carter said the initial rollout was part of ongoing efforts to improve the bank’s service and accessibility.

“Over the past 12 months, we’ve spent more than $41 million investing in 28 branch locations, including 11 in regional towns.
“We are also investing in more local home lenders to be there for our customers and support them when making the biggest purchase of their lives.”
