NAB is providing $1,000 grants and additional financial relief to customers severely impacted by the Little Desert National Park and Grampians National Park bushfires, to assist them in the immediate aftermath of a second bushfire impacting the region.
The grants will help NAB customers who have suffered significant damage to their home, farm, or business, to cover emergency expenses.
NAB Business Bank Executive for Western Victoria & South East SA Nathan Smith said a range of support measures – from grants to loan payment deferrals and other relief measures – were in place to help NAB customers left devastated by the bushfires.
“We recognise this region has suffered extensively from bushfires this summer. The community has endured significant challenges in recent months,” Mr Smith said.
“Local farms and businesses in the region are doing it tough. That’s why NAB is offering immediate assistance and making $1,000 grants available to help those most affected.”
“NAB customers impacted in the local government areas of Horsham, Hindmarsh, Ararat, Northern Grampians and Southern Grampians are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible.”
Further support is available for NAB customers directly impacted, including:
