First NAB street-front branch to offer Saturday banking.
330 Collins Street joins 31 other branches offering trading weekends from 25 October.
Launch to coincide with Melbourne Metro Tunnel opening in December, boosting CBD foot traffic.
Melbourne’s CBD is buzzing again and NAB is right at the heart of it.
From Saturday 25 October, NAB’s flagship branch at 330 Collins Street will open its doors for Saturday trading, becoming the 32nd NAB branch across Australia to offer weekend banking – and the first located outside a shopping centre.
Positioned on one of Melbourne’s busiest shopping strips, the branch is ideally placed to serve the growing number of people returning to the city on weekends.
The move comes as Melbourne prepares to welcome the opening of the Metro Tunnel in early December – a major infrastructure milestone that’s set to breathe new life into the city centre.

“We get it – weekdays can be full-on. Whether you're juggling work, family or just life in general, sometimes Saturday is the only time you’ve got to pop into a branch,” Mr Carter said.
“With the Metro Tunnel about to make the city more connected than ever, we’re excited to be part of that momentum. Opening on Saturdays at 330 Collins is just one more way we’re showing up for our customers.”
Branch manager Ramona Lu said her team is looking forward to welcoming more customers through the doors on weekends.
“The walk from Town Hall station to our branch is 403 steps and you pass at least three great coffee spots along the way!”
“We love being in the heart of the city and now we get to be here for people on Saturdays too,” Ms Lu said.
The 330 Collins Street branch will be open from 9:30am to 1:30pm every Saturday, offering full-service banking and specialist support.
This announcement is part of NAB’s broader investment in its branch network, with $55 million committed to upgrading 147 branches across the country – ensuring customers continue to have access to modern, welcoming spaces and expert bankers ready to help.
