NAB has been named Roy Morgan Major Bank of the Year for Customer Satisfaction 2025.

This award is recognising improvements driven by listening to consumers and fixing the everyday issues that matter most.

The award is based on feedback from thousands of Australians and reflects progress across NAB’s customer experience, from strengthening the basics to improving support when things go wrong.

NAB Group Executive for Personal Banking, Ana Marinkovic, said:

“The Roy Morgan Major Bank award hasn’t changed hands in more than 11 years, which makes this especially meaningful.

This award is the result of thousands of everyday moments, listening to customers, fixing what’s not working, and providing more human support when it matters most.

This is not the finish line but is recognition we’re moving in the right direction.”

Roy Morgan’s Customer Satisfaction Awards are based on independent, ongoing surveys of Australians across major industries throughout the year.

“This recognition belongs to our people across NAB who show up every day for customers and communities, helping make banking simpler, more personal and more human,” Ms Marinkovic said.
