Bulk Statement Downloads

Each year, we receive a number of requests from customers for help to download multiple banking statements.

For example, in July alone there were 452,694 bulk statement downloads via Internet Banking from around 79,000 individual customers.

We’ve made it easier for customers who need to download multiple bank statements at one time through NAB Internet Banking and NAB Connect (for business customers).

This makes it easier, particularly at the end of financial year, for customers to select multiple statements and ‘download all’ at the click of a button, rather than needing to call us or visit us in a branch.

This has helped almost 200,000 customers, and saved them up to 875,000 hours per annum of collective customer wait time.
