Making it easier to open a business account

Business owners rejoice; we’ve made changes to our account application process to help make your life a little bit easier.

If you are a sole trader or single director company, you can now open a business account with us online in as little as 10 minutes.

Previously, customers would need to visit a branch to complete the application process, taking up to 4-6 days for their account to be active and ready for use.

Now, once you head online and click ‘submit’ in the digital form, you’ll receive a welcome email advising that your account is active and ready for use.

We’re now working to extend this simple and easy on-boarding process to additional channels for new-to-NAB and existing customers in coming months.
