Goodall shares his journey on how he formed Banked – a payments provider that powers real-time payments for consumers, businesses and banks. He talks about the efficient and safe access to funds for merchants, the opportunity for banks to continue to strengthen their position of trust to customers, to be relevant and adaptive to their evolving needs, whilst ensuring there is choice for the customer.

Conway reflects on the Australian market and shares his perspective on the consumer interest in real-time account to account payments. He speaks to the ability for the customer to authenticate via their bank app in a seamless experience, which is especially beneficial in the current environment where fraud and scams are rife.
