MLC recently completed the transition of 390,000 customers from paper based to digital correspondence, with our customers now sent an email notification prompting them to go online. This initiative helps reduce our impact on the environment by no longer printing and posting approximately one million letters and statements each year, while providing a more convenient and consistent customer experience.
