The new flagship Chatswood Financial Centre marks a fundamental shift in how customers experience in person banking. Customers can now access specialist support for life’s biggest financial moments in a single visit.
The Chatswood launch forms part of NAB’s $109 million investment program over two years to upgrade 170 branches across Australia, including 120 branches in regional communities.
Ana Marinkovic, NAB Group Executive Personal Banking, said the centre was designed around real customer needs, not traditional banking structures.
“This is all-in-one banking - all the expertise under one roof,” Ms Marinkovic said.
“For the first time, we’ve brought together home lenders, business bankers, private and premier bankers, fraud support and everyday banking specialists in one place, so customers can get the right help, at the right time, without being passed around.”
