NAB has today unveiled Australia’s first all-in-one financial centre, bringing all the expertise customers might need - from everyday banking and home lending to private banking, premier banking, small business support and fraud assistance - together under one roof.
NAB Chatswood Financial Centre
The Chatswood launch forms part of NAB’s $109 million investment program over two years to upgrade 170 branches across Australia, including 120 branches in regional communities.
Ana Marinkovic, NAB Group Executive Personal Banking, said the centre was designed around real customer needs, not traditional banking structures.
“This is all-in-one banking - all the expertise under one roof,” Ms Marinkovic said.
“For the first time, we’ve brought together home lenders, business bankers, private and premier bankers, fraud support and everyday banking specialists in one place, so customers can get the right help, at the right time, without being passed around.”

To make banking even easier NAB will invest a further $55 million in 2026 for 30 additional upgrades, building on the $53.6 million invested over the past 12 months to refurbish 140 branches, including 117 in regional communities.
The bank also increased branch teams by 50 roles last year and plans to do so again in 2026.
While almost all everyday banking is now done online, NAB still sees branches as essential when customers need deeper expertise and human support.
“There are moments when an app just isn’t enough,” Ms Marinkovic said.
“When something really matters, people want to sit down with someone they trust and get things sorted properly - ideally in one visit. That’s exactly what all-in-one banking delivers.”
The Chatswood Financial Centre marks the start of a broader plan to roll out similar all-in-one banking centres across key locations, alongside continued investment in NAB’s national branch network.
Notes:
As part of its broader commitment to customers and communities, NAB will also launch its first Community Hub later this year, offering tailored in branch services focussed on specific community needs. More details will be announced in April.
