“Today, we experienced an outage to some services, which are now starting to come back online.

“The outage meant some NAB customers were not able to use their NAB cards in ATMs or EFTPOS terminals. It also affected some NAB merchant terminals and HICAPS.

“Our teams are monitoring these services, and we’re very sorry for the trouble this caused.”
