Look Who’s Charging

Have you ever looked through your credit card history and wanted to know more about a particular payment?

We know it can be confusing to look at your online transaction history and see a business name that you don’t recognise, rather than the name of a shop where you made a purchase.

Through a partnership with Australian fintech Look Who’s Charging, we’ve made some changes to let you see more details about your transactions straight away.

Besides the business name, information such as a merchant’s address, ABN, phone number and website can also be viewed.

In coming months, the feature will be rolled out to Internet Banking, and will include debit card transactions.
