MLC awarded Chant West’s highest rating again

Leading Australian wealth manager MLC has recently been awarded research house Chant West’s ‘highest quality’ overall multi-manager rating of 5 apples.

MLC Chief Investment Officer, Jonathan Armitage, said “We’re extremely pleased to have received 5 apples again from Chant West for our multi-manager diversified suite of funds.’’

“The rating is a testament to the hard work of our investment and product teams who are constantly reviewing and refining our funds to ensure they continue to deliver for our customers.”

Chant West awarded their rating based on MLC’s ability to construct multi-manager products that represent industry best practice and have a high likelihood of achieving their stated risk/return objectives. The rating also reflects MLC’s focus on generating superior long-term investment outcomes for investors by building portfolios which typically reflect our ‘best ideas’.

NAB Wealth General Manager Strategic Account, Susi Collas, said, “This latest Chant West rating is further validation of our rigorous investment process and ability to deliver high quality solutions to our customers.’’

“It also aligns with the fantastic support we’re seeing from advisers and investors for our traditional MLC Horizon funds, our MLC Index Plus and MLC Inflation Plus funds, which are now in excess of $2.6bn in FUM.”
