Leading Australian wealth manager MLC has announced its MLC Inflation Plus, MLC Horizon 2-7 and MLC Index Plus portfolios have all maintained Lonsec’s highest rating, “Highly Recommended”.

“We’re extremely pleased to have retained Lonsec’s highest rating across our suite of multi-asset portfolios. To have such strong endorsement across our outcome-orientated MLC Inflation Plus, traditional MLC Horizon 2-7 suite and MLC Index Plus portfolios shows the strength of our investment team and processes,” said Jonathan Armitage, Chief Investment Officer, MLC.

“Ensuring our range of investment solutions continue to meet a broad range of customers’ needs is at the heart of what we do each day, so maintaining Lonsec’s highest ratings further supports our investors’ decision to trust us to manage their money,” he added.

In its ratings research notes, Lonsec referenced MLC’s  long and respected heritage in multi-asset investing, experienced and highly regarded Capital Markets Research team, comprehensive and robust asset allocation process, and strong support in manager research, investment risk and derivatives capabilities.

The MLC Inflation Plus, MLC Horizon 2-7 and MLC Index Plus portfolios are diversified, multi-asset investment portfolios which are managed using MLC’s Investment Futures Framework, a proprietary process that measures portfolio risk in over 50 different economic scenarios.
