NAB appoints Group Executive People & Culture

NAB has announced the appointment of Sarah White as Group Executive People & Culture.

Ms White joins the NAB Executive Leadership Team after more than five years as Chief of Staff to the NAB Group CEO.

Prior to that Ms White was Executive General Manager, Talent and Leadership. She has held a number of other key executive roles in the People & Culture division during her more than 30 years with NAB.

NAB Group CEO Ross McEwan welcomed the appointment.

“I’m delighted to appoint Sarah to this role. She is a proven leader, cares deeply about her colleagues and is highly respected right across NAB,” Mr McEwan said.

“Sarah understands what is required to create a culture that supports our colleagues to be their best and to serve our customers incredibly well.”

Ms White’s appointment is effective August 18, 2023, subject to regulatory approvals.
