NAB Now gives small business more time for big ideas

NAB Now, NAB’s new point of sale app, and mobile device solution, is now available to all small business owners.

The app, specifically tailored for mobile micro-small businesses, works with a Bluetooth card reader and smart phone. Sales can be made immediately, reducing the time and effort that these businesses spend on chasing outstanding payments.

“At NAB, we are confident in the future of Australian small business, but we know that the top three pain points for the sector are administration, cash-flow and the economic environment,” said David Bannatyne, General Manager, Small Business at NAB.

“We take responsibility to do what we can to ease these pain points, which is why we’ve launched this app. We want to make sure our mobile small business customers can receive payment to their NAB business transaction account on the same day, seven days a week, in any location.

“Whether you’re a sky diving instructor, plumber, food truck owner or children’s wear designer with a market stall, we know that for the sector to flourish, micro-small business owners need more time to spend on the bigger priorities of their business such as developing their product, service and customer relationships.”

As Australia’s largest business bank, and the bank of choice for small to medium enterprises, NAB is committed to continuing to support and grow Australia’s small business sector.

NAB Now has no contract or exit fees. It accepts Visa, MasterCard and EFTPOS card transactions and supports email receipts. It’s available to download for free from the App Store and Google Play. NAB Now customers have 24/7 support from NAB’s Merchant Service Centre.
