Sometimes businesses have to make payments late in the day, and past our standard cut-off time. Thanks to your feedback, we’ve learned this can be an inconvenience for business customers, and some are unaware that a late payment attracts a fee. We understand that life doesn’t always fit into a ‘9 to 5’ window – and so we’ve extended the cut-off period for customers who use NAB Connect. We’ve also made improvements to the platform so that users are better informed they might incur a fee, and provided more information on how to avoid it in future.
