“In May 2017, Mr Ramsay left MLC Financial Planning. In addition to regular monitoring and supervision of the advice provided by Mr Ramsay, we have completed a series of client file reviews and concerns identified were remediated.
NAB alerted ASIC at the time and has fully supported the regulator’s investigations, including providing Mr Ramsay’s client files for its own review.”
