Business or home loan? More ‘yes’ from a NAB banker who knows both

NAB is leveraging the home loan expertise of its frontline business bankers in its latest campaign to demonstrate the customer relationship focus of Australia’s largest business bank.

Executive General Manager for NAB Business, Cindy Batchelor, said a key advantage for NAB customers is that NAB business bankers are skilled and able to action the needs of customers for  both their business and personal needs.

“Business people want specialist bankers who understand all their needs,” said Ms Batchelor.

“For a business owner who can be juggling cash flow, inventory and personnel priorities, there’s more to a home loan than interest rates and payment schedules.

“The real advantage of working with NAB is you’ll be talking to a banker who will apply their commercial acumen to understand both your business and personal banking needs.”

NAB attributes its relationship model as the secret to its success in establishing itself as Australia’s largest business lender, and largest lender to micro, small and medium businesses.

“Our relationship model is the strongest of any bank. We bring bankers, specialists, credit managers and direct teams together to make sure our customers have access to the best NAB has to offer,” said Ms Batchelor.

“We take the time to really get to know our customers and understand their businesses.

“We’ve also put more business bankers in more places to help businesses that want to expand.

“We have confidence in the future of Australian business. We’re here for our customers, helping them to grow their businesses, creating jobs and building strong communities.”

NAB’s Business or home loan? More ‘yes’ from a NAB banker who knows both campaign is now in market, and comes off the back of NAB’s $1 billion pledge campaign launched in November. The pledge commits NAB to lending 1 billion dollars a month to Australian business.

Both campaigns follow NAB CEO Andrew Thorburn comments last year that the bank was prepared to ‘fight’ to protect its status as Australia’s biggest business bank.

NAB has more than 220 Business Banking Centres and more than 4000 business bankers and specialists right across the country. Customers can contact their relationship banker or 13 10 12 to discuss their banking needs with one of our business banking experts.
