NPM Indigenous is a majority owned Indigenous construction company, proudly representing the Kamilaroi and Wiradjuri Nations.

In this latest episode of From the Ground Up, NAB’s Executive for Business and Private Banking, Andrew Irvine chats with James Russo, one of four founding directors of NPM Indigenous.

“Our tagline is ‘Engaging Communities and Building Futures’ – that’s out goal, to engage Aboriginal communities and build brighter futures throughout the country,” said James.

Hear how the team employs Aboriginal people from the communities in which they operate, upskilling workers and providing opportunities that may have otherwise not been available.

This conversation is part of NAB’s business series – From the Ground Up – where we chat with Australia’s entrepreneurs, hearing about the trials and tribulations of their journey and their secrets for success.
