NAB’s Agribusiness and Digital teams join forces at Beef Australia 2015 this week to show case to beef producers and industry the power of social media.

NAB’s Agribusiness bankers and social media experts will be on site this week in the Beef Capital, Rockhampton Queensland, to mingle with clients and industry at Australia’s premier beef exposition.

NAB’s Digital team have re-created the Social Media Command Centre found in NAB’s Sydney and Melbourne headquarters at Beef Australia, to demonstrate the power of social media platforms to analyse conversations and attitudes on issues important to the beef industry.

Beef Australia is Australia’s national beef exposition and is one of the world’s great beef cattle events. It’s held every three years in Rockhampton.

It is on from May 4 to 9 and is a celebration of all facets of the Australian beef industry, facilitatating new trade and export opportunities by exposing the local supply chain to the international industry leaders.

The week will feature more than 4500 cattle from over 30 breeds; educational seminars, property tours, restaurants and cooking demonstrations as well as an extensive program of social and networking events. More at beefaustralia.com.au
