NAB customer builds relationship from the ground up

Danny Wells, founder and owner/operator of Groundswell Building and proud NAB customer understands the importance of ensuring your bank can support both your business and personal needs.

Starting as a one man band mowing lawns, Danny’s business has undergone extensive growth over 16 years, taking NAB with him as his needs changed from home loan and personal banking products, right through to the full suite of business banking products he is using now.

Danny said the key to his 16 year relationship with NAB is treating his business bankers as part of his team, including them in daily decisions for both personal and business needs. This has allowed NAB to evolve with Danny’s business and truly understand his needs.

“NAB have helped us out with investment properties over the years, we purchased a block of land and built our house, and just recently acquired a new business this year and NAB have been there for us all the way through,” Danny said.

“NAB have provided us with ideas, some different things we can do and try to advise on what we need to improve internally as well.”

Danny’s Business Banking Manager Corey Mulqueen said providing all the options that bank can provide has allowed him to help Danny further develop and grow his business.

“It’s a lonely world sometimes,” Danny said, “and it’s good to have that support.”

NAB’s focus is on making it easy for our customers to do business, with frontline business bankers skilled and able to action the needs of customers for both business and personal banking – including home lending.

In a new marketing campaign launched last week, Business or home loan? More ‘yes’ from a NAB banker who knows both, NAB is leveraging the home loan expertise of its frontline business bankers. The campaign focuses on how NAB business bankers are skilled and able to action the needs of customers for both their business and personal needs

NAB’s Business or home loan? More ‘yes’ from a NAB banker who knows both campaign is now in market, and comes off the back of NAB’s $1 billion pledge campaign launched in November. The pledge commits NAB to lending 1 billion dollars a month to Australian business.
