Temporary changes to Airlie Beach services

Whitsundays customers are being directed to alternative bank services while we repair our Airlie Beach branch which received damage during Tropical Cyclone Debbie.

The branch and its attached ATM are both offline while we clean up.

To continue banking with us, customers can:

  • visit our Proserpine branch at 14-16 Main Street, open Monday to Thursday 9.30am-4.00pm and Friday 9.30am-5.00pm;
  • withdraw cash at the rediATM at 370 Shute Harbour Road or NAB ATM at 8 Galbraith Park Drive, Cannonvale;
  • withdraw and deposit cash, deposit cheques, pay bills, and check account balances by using Bank@Post at the Cannonvale Post Shop, 226 Shute Harbour Road, Cannonvale,
  • Visit nab.com.au; or
  • call us on 13 22 65.
