So, our app and Internet Banking now provides customers with information that is easy to understand and addresses their most common questions and concerns about credit card interest and fees. Customers can simply click on a credit card interest or fee charge in their transaction list to see a quick explanation, so they can understand what the interest or fee is, and why they’ve been changed.
