The roll out of NAB View is now complete and assisting more than 4,500 business bankers better serve their customers.
NAB Enterprise Services and Transformation Group Executive, Renée Roberts, said NAB View was playing a vital role for NAB’s business banking team.
“NAB View is giving our business bankers greater insight into what our customers need and is helping us build stronger relationships with them,” Ms Roberts said.
“It is the third component of the Next Gen program and consolidates six IT systems from three sources, into one.”
The delivery of NAB View was a significant and large program to rollout, involving more than 20,000 hours of banker training, over more than 130 NAB locations and branches across 81,008 kilometres.
“This is not only a significant milestone for Next Gen, but it also delivers on our commitment to improve our service to our business banking customers,” Ms Roberts said.
“With access to more than 135 million customer records, bankers now have the information they need to have the right conversations, with the right customers, at the right time.
“Whether you’re a courier business applying for a vehicle loan or a farmer after a lease for new equipment we’re giving our business customers an even greater NAB experience.”
